The fun has only just begun! But first, please read our terms & conditions. Your agreement is acceptance of our policies & terms.

Terms and Conditions

This is a booking contract. By submitting this form you have agreed to our terms & agreements. With submission below,  you have agreed to contract our services. For questions & information, please call or text – 555-555-5555 or click on general inquiries, below.

Your confirmation email is our contract of availability, this is an agreement that we have scheduled and guarantee your selected Character, on your selected date & time.

Once your booking deposit is paid your date, time, and Character are secured. Your event is secure with us! If we cancel on your event; we will provide a party FREE of charge.

Agreement subject to contract terms.

NO rescheduling fee – You have 7 days from your event to reschedule, with no service fee. Your full booking deposit is due immediately to secure any rescheduled event, and is non-refundable.

Parties/Events booked less than two weeks from requested date are subject to a $25 convenience fee. Past due payments will be assessed a $5.00 interest charge, every week past due.

Cancellation

  • You have 24 hours from your booking date to receive full refund of your booking deposit, if you so choose to cancel our services.
  • After 24 hours, if you choose to cancel our services for any reason 50% of your booking deposit will be due and/or non-refundable.
  • If services are cancelled less than 7 days prior to your event, your full booking deposit is due and non-refundable.
